(May 2008) "I would like to thank you for your part in the development and delivery of the "Leading During Challenging and Changing Times" workshop for Information Technology Management. The class was very well recieved and without your enthusiasm and quick turnaround, we could not have delivered the class in such short notice. While it is one step of a major effort, your diligence in this effort did not go unnoticed. Thanks again for all of your assistance in this effort."

Mark Menard, Chrysler Executive
(March 2008) "Cheri, you did it again! With all of the changes Chrysler's going through, I can't tell you how much we appreciate the work you've been doing -- whether you're teaching us how to handle stress, improve our emotional intelligence or speaking to women about leadership, you consistently deliver on your commitment to transform the hearts and minds of Chrysler employees."

Peter Rosenfield, Senior Automotive Executive, Chrysler Corporation
(August, 2006) "A self-proclaimed 'excellence addict,' Cheri
delivers.
Her program helped us get more, be more and achieve more -- both personally
and professionally -- than we ever imagined. If you want to transform
where you are and get to where you want to be and are ready to stop
wasting money and start getting results, do the math. Hire Cheri."
Anmar K. Sarafa, CFA, President, Steward Capital Management
“We have contracted with Cheri many times to coach our candidates
for the “Technical Specialist” position at Visteon. Too
often, brilliant technologists have difficulty communicating the importance
of their discoveries and abilities.
Cheri Najor brings out the confidence and ability to ‘read
your audience’ that has made my people successful and effective
leaders.
She has transformed the shyest PhD’s into candid conversationalists
and captivating speakers.
And, she does this ‘magic’ in a surprisingly short
time.
Thank you, Cheri! "–
Larry Kniesel, Product
Development Manager, Visteon Corporation
"Cheri brings a unique and valuable combination of assets
to our projects. She is an excellent instructional designer.
She is a top-notch distance learning facilitator.
Her
personal style and approach, not to mention her years of experience,
puts our clients at ease throughout the program development process.
I will use her again the first chance I get."
Carol O’Neill, Director
of Training. Maritz Performance Improvement Corporation
"When it comes to designing a customized workshop that really
hit the mark, Cheri created a Coaching Skills workshop for our technicians
that really delivered.
I would highly recommend Center for Peak Performance and Cheri to anyone who
demands results."

Roy Powers, Senior Manager. Raytheon Corporation
“Cheri’s Conflict Resolution course was
the best class I have ever taken and I recommend it highly for all GM
employees…
At the beginning of the class, Cheri promised that we would be
empowered to handle conflicts. I was skeptical, but I can honestly say
that this class has made a difference in my life – not only how
I look at conflicts, but how I handle them.
I’m so glad I took the course. This stuff really works!!”
Marilyn Southern, General
Motors Corporation
"Cheri is a true pleasure to work with ... from
development to delivery, to helping build a strong rapport with clients
and colleagues, she's always willing to go the extra mile.
A true professional."
Mike McWilliams, Carlson
Marketing
"Our tradeshow training experience with Center for Peak Performance was
outstanding. The speed and professionalism that Cheri Najor exhibited
was above and beyond our expectations.
The
instructor who delivered the session was energetic and engaging. Our
experience with Center for Peak Performance was extremely positive and I would recommend
Cheri and her services to anyone."
Shanon Cronan, American
Axle Corporation
“Cheri, you truly made a life and career-altering
impact on our associates and every time your name is mentioned, I see
a positive glow comes over their faces.
You are -- no doubt-- one of the best instructors we have ever
experienced. Many of our people were hesitant about attending training,
but after the first session, they couldn't wait to go back for more!
With your energetic and humorous style, you made learning a fun-filled
adventure. If there is any negative with you, it would have to be that
you’re a hard act to follow! You set the bar pretty high and the
instructors that follow come off a distant second at best.
You are, most certainly, in a league of your own.”

Ron Spry, HR Manager, Collins
& Aikman Products Company
"Cheri,
Hi, my name is Mark and I work at Saturn. I just
came out of your Conflict Resolution class. I just wanted to tell you
that I've had many, many classes here at Saturn (we have to get 92 hrs
of training each calendar year).
You
are without a doubt the most pleasant, genuine teacher I've ever had.
It is easy to see how passionate you are in your teaching.
Keep up the great work."
Mark Glenn, General Motors
“When it comes to being a speaker’s coach,
Cheri gets Five Stars from me!
As a great speaker, presenter and facilitator herself,
Cheri has a pragmatic approach to training and coaching others, whether
they are just starting out in the business or are more experienced and
want to brush up on their skills.
Cheri’s coaching style allowed me to maintain
my own unique sense of style, while at the same time developing the
essential skills I needed to become a successful speaker and facilitator
myself.
Thanks, Cheri, for an experience that changed my
life forever.”
Bill Mulvihill, Past Student
"Cheri,
I just wanted to say I loved the course!
I have taken a number of General Motors Distance Learning classes,
and yours was great!
You were so comfortable talking to the camera and responding to
the people who called in. I liked the way you brought so many real-life
experiences into your talk. I also thought you did well at presenting
the material in the book, not just reading it word for word.
The real-life videos and martial arts examples also gave another
dimension to the class. I learned a lot from the course and will no
doubt
have opportunities to put some (if not all) of these skills to work.
Thanks!"
Elaine Muntz, General
Motors
“If you want a dynamo who’s one of the
best in the business, you need Cheri on your team!
I’ve had the privilege of working with Cheri for over 10
years. She’s not only passionate, creative, funny, and intensely
interested in others, but she beautifully weaves those qualities into
all of her training and coaching sessions, leaving participants entertained,
energized and empowered.
Without fail, she produces positive, lasting change for the organization
and people she’s working with.
If I were you, I’d hire Cheri in a heartbeat.”
Paul Lee Marr, President,
Paul Lee Marr Productions
"Almost seven years ago the Shopcraft Training
group from Union Pacific started working with a new (to us) system for
distance learning. The "One Touch" system showed lots of potential,
but we were having some difficulties in several areas. In our search
for help we contacted several consultant groups and decided on Cheri
(then one of the squares of "C-Squared).
What a terrific decision on our part. Cheri's in-depth knowledge,
presentation skills and enthusiasm for training and in particular distance
learning are fantastic. She brought in what I have since come to refer
to as "Consulting that really stuck!"
Let me quickly explain; One of the primary components that Cheri
provided, and taught us to use, was a "Training Media Selection
Guide." That was almost eight years ago, and it remains one of
our most valuable tools. In my 25 years of training and working with
numerous consultants that's a record. The longevity of this tool testifies
to it's quality and the quality of Cheri's work
and her expertise.
Thanks, Cheri - the tool and instruction you provided to Union
Pacific continues to make a difference in our processes."
Rich Thiele, Manager Shopcraft
Training, Union Pacific Railroad
"Dear Cheri,
I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the team-building session
you conducted for our diverse group at Maritz Learning. It was evident
from the beginning that this session would be fun and interactive. The
exercise about building a house that revealed personality characteristics
was a great way to understand and appreciate our differences without
taking a long and involved survey. It kept the energy high.
This was also a good way to introduce the discussion of specific
strategies for us to work together more harmoniously.
The whole session was informative and conducive to learning. It
was definitely worth our time and I would recommend that we have you
back.
Thank you for the energy and effort you put into making this a
memorable experience."
Linda Limbers Mitchell,
Certified Master Executive Coach, Author of "Choose Change . .
. before Change Chooses You!"
"There's only one thing I can say about your outstanding presentation
and it's this -- will you please come back?
You made us laugh, you made us think and above all, you delivered
a powerful message that provided us with the tools we need to take charge
and change our lives for the better. Incredible!
Keep shining your light of creative energy, Cheri!"

Nancy J. Gulda, Kensington Community Church
"On behalf of the Automotive Faculty at Seminole
Community College, please accept our heartfelt gratitude and sincere
appreciation for the seminar you delivered to our technical trainers.
It's not easy to change, and you challenged us to
not only enhance our teaching style, but gave us practical tools to
improve our skills as teaching professionals.
Our warmest thanks for being such a large part of
our success!"

Michael Griffin, Dept. Chair for Automotive Technology,
Seminole Community College
"Dear Cheri, many thanks to you for a truly customized
training that went above and beyond our expectations. Your delivery
was highly motivating and kept the group involved!
Here are some examples of the feedback we received
that may be of interest to you:
'Cheri style was positive and enthusiastic... she
really kept everyone's attention!'
'The resources she gave us were very helpful and
appreciated'
'I really enjoyed the training'
'Cheri showed us many techniques for communicating
and connecting with resistant people!'
It was a real pleasure working with you!"

Three Real Life Success Stories
ake
a look at just a few of the clients who have hired Cheri to deliver their
programs -- with life-changing results:

aving
never facilitated a training session to a room full of "bankers"
before, Cheri accepted the challenge and began building a strategy
to create immediate rapport and trust with a group she was warned would
be stuffy, linear and boring.
PROJECT GOAL: To lead an intensive three-day workshop
designed to teach branch Managers and Supervisors the attitude and skills
necessary to measurably improve sales and customer service.
WHAT MADE THIS A SUCCESS: Cheri developed a learning
strategy for this group that capitalized on their strengths while using
humor and interactive experiences to drive the learning home. This three-month
project was completed to the delight of everyone involved -- especially
the client. Cheri had facilitated a wildly successful 3-day marketing
and sales seminar that audience members described as "unforgettable."
A personal note from Cheri: The stereotype has been
broken forever. Whoever said that bankers were boring didn't meet the
leaders from Standard Federal. Being involved with this project was a
privilege from beginning to end.

 hen
the phone rang asking Cheri to teach a Supervisory Series seminar to plant
leadership in North Carolina, Cheri gladly accepted. Little did she know
that the audience was not only negative toward training, but downright
hostile.
PROJECT GOAL: Plant Managers and Supervisors were required
to attend an intensive, three-part Leadership workshop series that challenged
outdated paradigms of top-down leadership and replaced it with a collaborative,
team-oriented style.
WHAT MADE THIS A SUCCESS: Cheri used her skills as a
therapist as well as experience dealing with resistant clients to immediately
break down barriers and build an open, trusting atmosphere. After the
first session, participants bombarded their boss with requests for Cheri's
return. After the third and final workshop, participants surprised Cheri
with gifts and a dinner held in her honor.
A personal note from Cheri: My experience with these
phenomenal people reminded me that there is no need to motivate people
to learn. If you take the time to discover where people hurt and then
create an optimal learning environment, the innate human need to grow
simply takes over. People naturally motivate themselves.

aybe
it was because Cheri drove a Bravada or maybe it was because her face
was well known on the General Motors University Distance Learning Network
and they couldn't find anyone else.
Either way, Cheri was more than happy to host the Bravada Launch broadcast
for what turned out to be an amazing and impressive Bravada management
team.
PROJECT GOAL: This interactive
distance learning program was designed by to inform sales people across
the country of the hottest and most up-to-date information on this new
and exciting vehicle.
WHAT MADE THIS A SUCCESS: Hundreds of participants tuned
in to not only learn the essentials needed to sell this little SUV, but
cash in on a chance to speak directly to the key players responsible for
its success. Participants burned the phone lines with questions!
A personal note from Cheri: This was one of the
best product launch broadcasts I have ever been involved with. The team's
dedication, professionalism and sense of humor made the Bravada's debut
a memorable moment for me. Jim, thanks again for the golf balls and towel.
I use them with pride.
